Our guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Elevated Gear gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.
Requests for a refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by check must be accompanied by the original receipt or purchase order number.
All exchange orders are final. We are unable to refund or exchange orders that have been previously exchanged. Additionally, final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Finally, no refunds are permitted for gift card purchases.
Restock Fee
Some returns or exchanges may be subject to a $10 restock fee. This fee applies to all tools, climbing equipment, and some small merchandise. Please get in touch with us if you aren’t sure about the restock fee or if you want to keep the item BEFORE you order.
Return or exchange an item by mail
Please email us at contactus@elevatedgear.com to start the return or exchange process. Elevated Gear is not responsible for covering the return shipping fee. If you would like us to provide a return label, please note that we can provide one, which will be deducted from your refund and may be in addition to a restocking fee. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

* If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for shipped items.*
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping
Elevated Gear proudly supports the United States Postal Service for all our shipping needs. That said, we understand that some items need to get to you a bit faster or cost quite a bit and need to be insured for shipping. If you would like your item to be shipped via UPS or FedEx, please email us; we will be happy to help find the perfect shipping option for you.
Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We also cannot guarantee the delivery times of your items. We are happy to help provide any additional tracking information we may have if your items haven’t arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Still, we will not entertain replacing any items until they have been missing over 30 days since shipping and additional charges may occur.
