Our guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Telephone, onsite, and online purchases
Elevated Gear gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone, onsite, or online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by check must be accompanied by the original receipt. All exchange orders are final. We are unable to refund or exchange orders that have been previously exchanged.
Return Authorization
All returns or exchanges must have a return authorization (RA). "Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be printed the RA number on the outside of the package."
Final sale items
All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Return or exchange an item by mail
You can send the item back to us at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package and be certain to insure it.

- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
